The Southeast Alaska Power Agency ("SEAPA") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified suppliers for the design, manufacture, factory testing, delivery, onsite assembly supervision, field testing, and commissioning support for one (1) 115kV delta, three-phase, 20/25 MVA ONAN/ONAF oil-immersed power transformer. The transformer and all associated equipment shall be delivered DDP, Incoterms 2020, as modified by the contract documents, to SEAPA's Ketchikan Substation site located at 6500 North Tongass Highway, Ketchikan, Alaska. Proposals are due September 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time.
